Case Study: Gaasivõrgud AS saves 5% on total investment budget in 2013

AS Gaasivõrgud is the Estonian Gas distribution network operator responsible for managing the construction and maintenance of all gas supply systems in Estonia. Since early 2013, they have been using procurement management software DeltaBid to procure gas line renovation and construction services and materials.

“DeltaBid has considerably enhanced the efficiency of our procurement processes for gas line construction and renovation works by making the process more transparent and by creating more competition between suppliers,” said Roman Bogdanovits, CEO, Gaasivõrgud, Estonian Gas distribution network operator. “We saved more than 412,000 US dollars last year, which represents five percent of our total investment."

"We now use DeltaBid to conduct competitive tenders on all work, using all the same rules, giving suppliers more transparency and trust in our processes," said Roman.
